Summer is right around the corner, and if you are one of many individuals looking to change your health and fitness habits, I’m here to help.
My name is Krista Stevens. I was born and raised in central Florida and recently graduated from the University of Florida.
There are many different reasons people delay their fitness journey. In many cases, people just don’t know where to begin. For others, it might be a lack of motivation, or it might be deemed too expensive.
I’m here to help you learn where to begin. I’m also here to motivate you and show you getting in shape doesn’t have to be an expensive endeavor.
Gym memberships cost hundreds of dollars a year and often go unused.
If you prefer an at-home option, you may find yourself lacking the motivation to start and maintain your workouts.
Leading fitness companies offer at-home, live workouts, the equipment costs hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars, and then you pay an additional monthly subscription. They do seem to solve the issue of motivation, but not everyone can afford it.
I’m here to introduce you to my solution to some of these issues, while also giving you tips each month on what you can do to achieve your fitness goals.
I try to help people using my expertise through TikTok.
No, it’s not just a place where people do silly dances. It’s a great space for people like me to share my expertise and interact with the people who follow my page.
I offer free, live workouts. You won’t really need any equipment, although I do recommend a set of barbells for those who are in this for the long-term.
One thing I can offer is consistency.
If you do not have a personal trainer, friend or family member to encourage you to keep going, it can be hard to stay consistent.
This is where I come in!
Working out in this live format allows us to motivate each other. I will guide you through a warm-up and workout.
During this time, I interact with you through the chat and do my best to create a motivational and positive environment.
These workouts are currently offered seven days a week from 9-11 a.m.
I also offer live cooking and nutrition videos.
The feedback I have received in the early going has been amazing.
People are getting fit, healthy and building self-confidence and general well-being.
Some people also struggle with not knowing where to begin. I say, today is the best time to begin!
Anyone can participate in these workouts and can modify them to their fitness level.
I demonstrate the exercise, explain proper form and provide alternative options if needed.
I understand the gym can be intimidating, so these workouts can be done in the comfort of your home.
These workouts also provide you the choice to interact with like-minded people or not.
